Reverend Dawn Wickham is a second generation minister with the Universal Life Church out of Modesto, California. (Her father was ordained through the same church in 1978.)  She has studied Christianity, Catholicism, Kabbalistic Judaism and Shintoism. She considers herself non-denominational, which allows her to perform ceremonies for couples of all religions without conflicting interests.

Reverend Dawn reveived a Criminal Justice degree from Boise State University in 2005 and a Social Sciences degree, with emphases in Criminal Justice/Psychology, in May of 2008.

Of Portuguese and European heritage, she is very close to her family. She is the only female in a family of 4 children, which is probably why she climbed so many trees as a child. Her father lives locally, and her mother resides in West Virginia.

Born in California, raised in Virginia, she moved to Idaho at the age of 16. It wasn't until that she moved to Boise that she felt that she had truly found "home".

Revered Dawn also speaks a small amount of Spanish and Japanese, but understands more than she can articulate.

She reveived her  EMT credentials in 1999, although her certification has expired. (She didn't renew because of the decision not to persue it as a career.)

At the age of 27, she found her niche in life; Conducting weddings. She was recently asked why it is that she performs weddings, and her response was, "People are so happy on their wedding day, and there is not enough happiness in the world. I enjoy taking part in an occasion that is very special in people's lives."
